Help me, I'm Dying!!

Here are all the things wrong with me: I have diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid, hardening of arteries in my legs, high cholesterol and to top it off I need a kidney transplant. My kidney functions at 20%. But the biggest topper is that I am obese and a lot of problems wouldn't be problems if I just lost the weight. Which I can't!! I've tried and I can't! My one joy of exercise was walking but now that I have hardening of the arteries in my legs it hurts just to walk so while I use to maintain my weight or lose some weight, I can't do that anymore and my weight is slowly creeping up even higher. I have to try to lose the weight if I want my kidney transplant. So, for the hundredth time in my lifetime here I go again. Please pray for me.
