One more day, One more failure

So, I got sick yesterday. It might have something to do with my second child being shipped to Iraq. Regardless, I then went to a familydinner and and had the appetizer platter at a Mexican restuarant which consisted of chicken flautas, nachos, quesidillas and fried chicken filled jalapeno peppers. I don't think there is a healthy Mexican dinner. Maybe today I'll get on the exercise bike or gthe treadmill. Who knows, who cares!
